Hidden Stories of the Meadows

Once the site of the Borough Loch, the Borough Muir has witnessed important events in the history of Scotland. Garden Historian Christopher Dingwall and Marilyn Brown, author of Scotland’s Lost Gardens, will lead a walk and describe the changes which have occurred in its layout as The Meadows over several hundred years, and will also explain its role in the social life of Edinburgh.
