A one day CPD course at the University of Leicester, led by Dr Katy Layton-Jones, exploring the maintenance and management of historic parks.
The course will explore key themes such as:
Finding funding
Project management and delivery
Working with volunteers
Parks architecture.
This course will be held in Leicester University’s Charles Wilson building. The University has limited pay & display parking available in the car park on Welford Road. There is limited on street parking available close to the university. Should you choose to travel by train the campus is easily accessible by bus, a short taxi ride, or a 15 minute walk.
The course costs £95 for the day including course materials, refreshments, and lunch.
