A day school at Ickworth for groups thinking of taking on a historic building, run by the East of England HEF and Heritage Trust Network. Talks, workshops and a site tour will cover finding sustainable new uses, the business plan, getting the organisation fit for purpose, and planning for long-term management. Cost £10 inc lunch.
